Eligibility
Thrive Scholars has been launching the careers of high-achieving, limited-income students for over 20 years! Please review the typical student profile that follows to see if our program may be a good fit for you. If so, the minimum requirements to be eligible to apply are:
11th grade
3.6+
$125K
You must be enrolled as a junior in a high school in the U.S.
Your unweighted, cumulative GPA must be 3.60 or higher.
Your annual household income must not exceed $125,000.
Scholar Profile
Our scholars come from all walks of life, but typically have the following characteristics.

Earn As in most or all of their classes and are highly ranked amongst their graduating class

Take the most challenging courses at their school including AP, IB and dual enrollment courses

Often score 1250+ on the SAT and 26+ on the ACT (test scores not required)

Demonstrate extracurricular leadership, family responsibility, and/or part-time work

Identify as a high-achieving, first-generation college goer from an under-resourced community or a limited-income background

Are deeply curious and love learning!
